UPC's SAT / ACT Guarantee

After completing the study materials (CD) provided by UPC, we guarantee that your student's test score will increase by at least 300 points! This is based on the overall score of the SAT / ACT as a whole, and not per section. If your student's SAT score does not increase 300 points, or at least 5 points for the ACT. If the student does not achieve the above referenced increases, UPC will refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping.

Requirements:

The guarantee requires that the student completes the entire course. No exceptions. To qualify, members must achieve an initial score of 1300 to 1900 on the SAT, and a 13 to 29 on the initial ACT tests. To receive a refund of the purchase price, customers must send UPC:

  1. A copy of the initial SAT / ACT / PSAT scores prior to using the software issued by UPC.
  2. A copy of the second SAT / ACT score, showing the failure to meet the guaranteed increase.
  3. A brief letter signed by the parent and the student stating that the CD study course was completed.


Please send all this information to The University Prep Center, attention customer service, and we will check and make sure the software was completed.  Upon approval we will  provide a full refund of the purchase price within 6 to 8 weeks of the date the information was received.

UPC's 30 - Day Guarantee

Go ahead and try UPC for 30 days. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. See website for more details regarding the refund policy. It's that easy!

Our product is sent for a 30 day trial that begins when the product is purchased. The product is sent out via Priority Mail, and is insured by UPC against damage. Please make sure that you obtain a RMA (return authorization number) by calling customer service, if you wish to return the study materials.
