The University Prep Center provides affordable test prep materials to college bound students. Our program consists of multiple CD's, books, on line services, and much much more!

The original purchase price of $399.95 comes complete with a 30-day money back guarantee. Your student can utilize the program for a full thirty days without any obligations. If they decide that they want to return it within the 30 days, the full price of $399.95 will be refunded. The University Prep Center also offers a guaranteed score increase of 300 points on the SAT and 5 points on the ACT! Again, if the student does not obtain these score increases, the initial price of $399.95 is fully refundable. The Point guarantee is good for one year from the date of purchase. Shipping and handeling is non refundable.

The University Prep Center's Continuing Education is a host of on line services that will provide our students with tools to help them achieve sucess with obtaining possible scholarships, grants and awards. We also provide incredible multimedia presentations of virtual campus tours, which provide in depth video clips of more than 2000 national college campuses! We also offer tips, strategies, and secrets to both exams. There are downloadable books, and study guides available to our students via this service. We are also working on video presentations of experts teaching the hardest problems on both the SAT and ACT exams, and we will offer it to existing customers free of charge! This service is a monthly charge of $39.95, and is a month to month program, so it can be canceled at anytime by calling customer service.  The Continuing Education is a service therefore it is non refundable. 

Please make sure that you follow all the proper steps necessary to obtain your refund of the purchase price of your program.

1. You must call our customer service department and obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
2. You MUST return all of the contents you received in your package. This includes both the Software, and Scholarship Assistance Disks, along with the color catalog, and the UPC box. The original USPS (postal) box is not necessary.
3. Your student MUST activate the program using the provided Login and Password. The student must complete the first Diagnostic exam (minimum).
4. The materials must be returned within the 30 money back guarantee period. The 30 days begins when you receive the program and return package must be postmarked within that 30 days (If you have the Trial period extended, your Educational Consultant will need to provide you with that confirmation number.).  
5. All refunds will consist of the purchase price only. Your refund WILL NOT include the $14.95 cost for shipping and handling. You will also be responsible for the costs associated with the return shipping.
6.  Please expect your refund in 6-8 week upon approval from customer service manager. You will receive an email directly from the accounting/customer service department once the refund is approved, as well as another email once the funds are issued. Please note any credit refunds may take up to two billing cycles to see on your statements.
7. If the above procedures are not followed the refund will be denied by the credit department.
